Experience the romance of steam rail travel on a half day trip from Maitland to Dungog and return riding behind heritage steam locomotive R766 on the Dungog Picnic Train!

Your journey begins at Maitland Railway Station and travels along the scenic North Coast line to Dungog. The town centre in Dungog is a short walk from the railway station and you will have ample time to check out this delightful country town before the return trip to Maitland.

There will be two trips departing from Maitland, at 8.30am and 12.50pm.
