Grossmann House Tours’ new exhibition features expertly sewn heritage quilts and bedspreads from the Grossmann House collection.

See stunning contemporary designs made by local quilters. Together they show a range of old and new designs and sophisticated heritage textile crafts. Included is the well-known Moxey quilt featuring hand-stitched applique with names and dates embroidered.

Other exhibits show skills such as hand quilting, handmade lace and an array of bright colours and fabrics. There are also a number of modern quilts for comparison and contrast.
