MRAG and the PCYC are pleased to be able to present the opportunity for you to join champion boxer Bianca Elmir for a boxing workout.

Join champion boxer Bianca Elmir in a boxing workout workshop.

This workshop is designed for all ages (14 plus) and fitness levels, women are encouraged to join! You will learn the fundamentals of boxing like footwork, stance, boxing combinations and defence tactics. Your fitness and mind will be challenged, as well as having some serious fun all whilst learning how to defend yourself!

The Shadow Boxer exhibition is supported by The Dobell Exhibition Grant, funded by The Sir William Dobell Art Foundation and Managed by Museums & Galleries of NSW.
