A practical beginners workshop on making cheese and yoghurt in your kitchen without fancy equipment.

Participants will share in the making of a hard cheese and a simple cheese such as Panir. They will also talk about other cheeses and how to make yoghurt.

Tea and coffee will be provided on the day.
