In this class we will learn to make a basic fritter/pancake batter, and then turn it into delicious corn and feta fritters as served in the cafe.
The kids will get to taste the batter first made into pancakes with maple syrup as an afternoon tea treat, then make the fritters to take home for dinner. We will also learn to make a delicious and flavour balanced guacamole to serve with the fritters.
Cost is $70 per child, and includes 90 minute lesson, chefs hat and apron, afternoon tea and take home packs of the food created.
