The Close offers two boutique style accommodation options: The Cottage (which accommodates eight) and The Studio (which accommodates four).

The Cottage and The Studio may be booked separately or combined to accommodate up to 12 guests in comfort. Whether you’re looking for a romantic weekend away or a mid-week break, The Close is the perfect getaway retreat.

Two hours from Sydney, 10 minutes from Maitland and 40 minutes from Port Stephens and the Hunter Valley, Pokolbin Wine Country.

The Close is ideal accommodation for the corporate traveller conducting business in the Maitland and Newcastle area.
