Walka Water Works Weddings

Overview

Walka Water Works is a popular recreation area steeped in history. The old pumping station was built in 1887, and the complex features a striking chimney and ornate brickwork.

It is one of the largest and most intact 19th Century industrial complexes in the Hunter Valley, making it the perfectly unique location for your next wedding ceremony and reception.

Walka Water Works is a dry hire venue, with the ability for you to choose your own caterers and decorations to let your creative flair come out. With a wet-weather option inside the building, this venue ticks all of the boxes.

The large lake area is the perfect back drop to your ceremony and photoshoot also.
