About Maitland II
Overview
Maitland II is an exhibition by local artist Holly McNamee that explores the exhibits around and about the Maitland area. Hosted at the historic Brough House you can immerse yourself in the sentiment of Holly’s work.
During the exhibition you will be able to admire drawings of images from as far as Scone, Weber’s Creek and Four Mile Creek, as well as some familiar places around town and some not so familiar.
As a local artist, Holly loves to capture glimpses of places in the public eye and back lanes. Raised in Maitland, she has a strong appreciation of Maitland’s history and, through her art, can demonstrate to the viewer what a special place Maitland is to live.
