Visitor Information

Located on High Street within Maitland Regional Art Gallery (MRAG), the Maitland Visitor Information Service provides a welcoming experience for residents and visitors to Maitland. Friendly and knowledgeable staff offer information on local attractions, experiences, events and accommodation.

MRAG and Café Seraphine are fully accessible, with lift access to all public areas and accessible amenities located on the ground floor.

Free car parking is available behind MRAG, with access via James Street, on High Street and at the nearby Maitland Regional Athletics Centre.

Temporary parking for Recreational Vehicles (RVs) is also available on High Street in front of Maitland Town Hall and at Queens Elizabeth II Park (including amenities and a dump point), with overnight RV parking available at Harold Gregson Park.
