Smashing Stories
Overview
Writers of the region are invited to MRAG’s Mud to Masterpiece exhibition to view Wave, the mythic imagery of South Australian potter Gerry Wedd. This 11-minute immersive film is enormously and immaculately displayed for your viewing inspiration, and then participants are invited to find a cozy nook within the gallery to begin your own masterpiece. Facilitated by local writer and poet Alex Morris, this free workshop is for both experienced and emerging writers who are keen to jumpstart their creativity in the New Year.
At the end of the evening, participants are invited to share. Come along and ride the writers’ wave!
