Book Week: Preschool Storytime and Craft

Book Week: Preschool Storytime and Craft

Overview

In this special preschool program, we’ll explore some of the delightful books from this year’s CBCA Book of the Year shortlist, perfect for curious minds and eager imaginations.

Guided by the 2025 theme, Book an Adventure!, and inspired by Jess McGeachin’s magical map illustrations, children will embark on a storytelling journey filled with wonder, whimsy, and creativity. After the story, kids can let their imagination soar with a themed craft activity to take home.

This session is ideal for children aged 3–5 and their caregivers, offering a gentle and engaging introduction to the joy of books and creative play.
