Overview
Part comedy, part natural history, and part road movie, Chasing Birds is a documentary that ventures into the heart of obsession. Every year a statewide event takes place that brings twitchers together to take part in a highly competitive race, the Twitch-a-thon. The aim is to spot as many species as possible in 24 hours. The film screening is free to attend and features local birder Mick Roderick who will have a chat with the audience after the show. Don’t forget to check out the Twitcher exhibition!
