Nature Book Week is a beloved initiative by the Wilderness Society, running since 1994. It focuses on honouring outstanding children’s books—both fiction and non-fiction—that encourage a lifelong passion for nature.

Bring a picnic and enjoy:

– Sit Spot Sessions: Learn about connecting with nature through sit spots
– Aussie Bird Count: Participate in our group bird count
– Bird Walk: Explore the park with a self-guided bird walk
-Seedling Giveaway: Receive free native seedlings from the Environment and Sustainability Team
