Random Plant Fibre Weaving
Overview
You will find random weaving quite a freeing form of weaving that allows you to create different shapes.
If you have ivy, grapevine, wisteria, or another strong vine you would like to experiment with please bring it along, minus the leaves. Make a wall hanging/ a basket/ or a sculptural form and enhance your weaving by adding feathers, beads, ribbons if you would like to bring your own favourites from home, please do.
At the end of the class, take home your completed weaving as well as the skills and knowledge to continue weaving at home!
$60 tuition, materials supplied ($20 materials fee payable to the artist on the day).
