Textile Stamping
Overview
Stamping on fabric has been used for centuries and is a simple but highly effective way of making prints and patterns on fabric.
Ellen will teach you how to create a dynamic design by repeating a simple stamp. You will be able to use stamps that Ellen has created for this workshop or be guided in carving your own simple stamp. Everyone will be supplied a textile to stamp.
Bring your own textile to stamp if you want! From ethnic to cute, stamps transform textiles! $60 tuition, materials supplied ($20 materials fee payable to the artist on the day).
