Join Maitland Libraries, the Environment and Sustainability team, and the Hunter Bird Observers Club for a very special morning filled with stories, craft, guided walks and tree planting. Learn more about the wetland areas of Maitland and the frogs and birds that call these places home.
Let’s nurture our environment together!
Event begins with a guided bird walk with the Hunter Bird Observers club, followed by a complimentary morning tea.
Please wear a hat, covered shoes, long pants and long sleeve shirt, sunscreen and gloves. Don’t forget to bring along your water bottle.
