The space hosts everything from all-ages gigs and contemplative storytelling to bold cabaret and experimental works – an eclectic and inclusive program shaped by curiosity and community.

Set inside a storied 1840s building, the venue has long been a place of gathering, storytelling, and celebration. Once Dickson’s Store and later the Royal Hotel, it now weaves its own evolving character into Maitland’s narrative.
