Overview

Situated in the historical town of Morpeth, this beautiful heritage home was built in 1945. Recently restored, this timeless, country cottage has a warm and homely appeal.

The fully equipped cottage has two original log fireplaces, a comfortable living room and a covered seating area with a gas barbecue. The front of the cottage is bordered by a shady sandstone veranda making it the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine and immerse yourself in the vibrant activity of Morpeth. Here you can also admire the view across the river and paddocks to the Brokenback Range in the distance.

The cottage can accommodate up to 11 guests and is suitable for couples, families and groups such as bridal parties who’ll marvel at the photo opportunities available on site.

Surgeon’s Cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind, and located in a central location, nearby to stunning local boutiques, galleries and cafes.
