8 to Create – Evening Performance

An experimental night unfolds.
Artists from all disciplines present their work after taking 8 hours to respond to one of Maitland Regional Art Gallery’s exhibitions.
In the Gallery, from 9 am, artists from different backgrounds have been working on a range of creative responses to one of the exhibitions.
They’ve had eight hours to create their piece of work, and from 6 pm everyone is invited to see and hear the results. From ceramics to singing and watercolour to the spoken word, come enjoy this unconventional show and a glass of wine two.
