Visit Maitland Pool for Aqua Vibes.
A fun, water based program that mixes exercise with Latin and World rhythms and beats for anyone aged 16 years and over. You can really let loose in these aerobic sessions as there is less impact on your joints because water creates natural resistance, which also means every step is more challenging and helps to tone your muscles.
