Overview
Flow gently through a soul-nourishing day, guided by facilitators who each bring a unique gift to share with you.
Begin by grounding into the day with an introduction to Human Design, followed by energy healing and a gentle yoga session to awaken and align your body and mind. After yoga, you will pause to enjoy a relaxed morning tea amongst the beautiful surroundings.
From there, tap into your creativity as you craft your own personalised smudge sticks, then come together again for a nourishing lunch, enjoyed in the stunning gardens of Maddie’s.
As the day softens, closing with a gentle breathflow and sound bath, will allow everything to integrate and settle deeply within.
After the retreat, you will have the opportunity to book a 30-minute massage with Chloe, enjoy private readings with Leanne and dive deeper into Human Design with Eleesha.
