The inaugural Maitland Mixer took place at Miss Mullens Bar at The Commercial Hotel Morpeth in mid November 2024.
This networking function provided an opportunity for our tourism operators to connect and collaborate.
The next Maitland Mixer is set to take place later in 2025.

2025 MAITLAND VISITOR ECONOMY FORUM
The 2025 Maitland Visitor Economy Forum and Networking Lunch was held on Wednesday 25 June at the Hayshed Function Centre at Tocal Homestead.
The annual event presents attendees with an exciting and valuable business and professional development opportunity, and a chance to network and engage with industry colleagues.
Attendees at this year’s event heard updates from Council, Destination Sydney Surrounds North, the Office of the 24 Hour Economy Commissioner and Newcastle Airport before taking part in a series of engaging workshops on agritourism, accommodation and marketing, and the night time economy.
