Illalaung Park
Overview
Named after the Wonnarua word for the area around Morpeth, Illalaung Park has tiered gardens and lawns leading down to the Hunter River.
With great views of the historic Morpeth Bridge, it is an excellent spot to take a break from the shops and attractions of Swan Street, Morpeth, with a coffee at the picnic tables.
Take a leisurely stroll along the Hunter River with easy access to Stage 1A of the Morpeth to Walka Shared Pathway.
