Sound & Spirit are delighted to return to historic Tocal Homestead, inviting you to gather beneath the 200 year old Banyan Tree for an unforgettable evening of sound immersed in nature.
As the sun sets over Tocal Homestead, meditation and sound will be beautifully woven together to create a deeply restorative and multi-layered sensory journey.
Guided by Alex & Steph, you’ll experience a rich soundscape featuring live looped music, traditional sound healing instruments and gentle meditation; an ideal way to reconnect with yourself and the natural world.
Enjoy a picnic on the lawn while unwinding to live music and take a quiet moment to journal or reflect beneath the majestic Banyan Tree.
Settle in for 60 minutes of Sound Meditation designed to calm the mind and attune you to the earth’s natural rhythms.
Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike, ages 10+.
