Get your mates together and join us for a fun-filled session discovering what it really takes to be a librarian! Head behind the scenes for a special tour of the library, learn how books are borrowed, returned and carefully shelved, and have a go at scanning and sorting them yourself. From helping set up the day’s programs to seeing how everything runs like clockwork, you’ll get a hands-on look at the magic that keeps the library buzzing.Â
Then it’s time to get creative! Make an official librarian badge and curate your own book display and signage. Who knows — you might just discover your future dream career!Â
Children must be 8 years and over. Â
Bookings are essential and numbers are strictly limited.  Please book for each child attending, and please notify us if you are unable to attend.Â
