Adventure through Maitland Gaol using a self guided tour. This former maximum security prison housed some of Australia’s most notorious criminals . Maitland Gaol has a vibrant history spanning over 150 years and has plenty of stories to tell.

If you’re after a lunch with a Mexican style make sure to check out El Chapos in High Street, Maitland. This stop will leave you and the kids raving after you try their nachos, tacos quesadillas, and don’t forget about dessert!
